Tranzact’s company culture stands out amongst the crowd with their intense focus on putting people first. Maintaining a balance of work and fun, Tranzact motivates their employees year round with creative and engaging initiatives. 

The Challenge

Tranzact engaged us looking for a technical, but exciting solution. In year’s past, they’ve operated a sales rewards program from each within the office. Office Manager’s were responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing prizes.

This program signified the beginning of the busy season and encouraged their teams to perform their best. However, the work from home environment made this virtually impossible. Below is a quick summary of the features needed.

  • Remote agents being able to quickly redeem prizes

The Solution

In two weeks, the Avail team developed a project plan and proposal. Below are the features we delivered.

  • Complex reporting to track redemptions, cost, and taxes

The Results

Tranzact was able to run their program successfully. Distributing hundreds of prizes to 1000’s of agents across the country. By developing this fulfillment solution, Tranzact was able to save significant time, streamline the process, and reduce their liability. This program continues to run and improve as we discover new processes and features that help our partners.
